Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate pull-through and lead impactful engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex, cross-functional challenges.
- Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or complex sales with large geographically dispersed teams) within last 5 years; Associate-level: limited prior sales experience encouraged.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical, compliant leadership.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Therapeutic/disease-state and account management; new product launch experience.
- Patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling knowledge.

- Salary range by level: Associate $77k–$143k; TAS $93.8k–$174.2k; Senior $119.7k–$222.3k; Executive $132.3k–$245.7k.
