Role Summary

Role: Neuroscience Territory Account Specialist – Las Vegas, NV. This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in an assigned geography. The Territory Account Specialist designs customized customer experiences, serving as the primary point of contact to identify mutual priorities and address customer needs by problem-solving and leveraging resources to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Pinpoint mutual priorities and utilize insights across the entire account to formulate a strategic territory business plan that enhances product demand by addressing the requirements of key partners and their patients.
  • Encourage clinical discussions that motivate the customer to advocate for their patients and involve the entire account team to identify barriers and offer solutions.
  • Leverage market knowledge, competitors, industry trends, and cross-functional strategies to foresee and manage business opportunities and challenges.
  • Conduct planning meetings with key stakeholders to tackle complex customer issues and collaborate across departments to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Examine territory market data to understand the local landscape, promote engagement, and lead virtual and live customer interactions.
  • Utilize omni-channel strategies to maximize engagement with customers, in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues, other field staff, and home-office teams to meet customer needs and provide access support.
  • Deliver timely access assistance and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) associates to address customer requirements effectively.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor‚Äôs degree; 2+ years‚Äô experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a similarly complex sales role within the last 5 years; proven collaboration across functions in a matrix environment; ability to communicate clinical product details; track record of high performance; strong analytical skills to identify and use data to solve problems; ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws; residence within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; ability to travel 60-80% across a broad geography; valid driver‚Äôs license.
  • Preferred: Experience across therapeutic areas, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches; understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement or medical calling on HCPs regarding complex products or reimbursement pathways.
