Role: Neuroscience Sales Specialist supporting the Phoenix West, AZ territory, responsible for achieving sales targets for Intra-Cellular Therapies' neuropsychiatric products, including CAPLYTA. Responsibilities: drive sales through ethical customer engagement with healthcare professionals and mental health centers, develop local strategic plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to capitalize on formulary approvals and business opportunities. Maintain strong product and disease state knowledge, provide clinical dialogue, and report on market insights. Manage administrative tasks like sales data, expense reporting, and training completion. Requirements: minimum 2 years healthcare sales or related experience; preferred 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals, especially in psychiatry, antipsychotics, or bipolar disorder. Bachelor's degree required; valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Skills: strong communication, data analysis, customer relationship management, and adaptability to virtual/telemedicine environments. High-value: focus on neuropsychiatric disorders, specialty pharma sales, and experience with mental health or neuroscience products. Work setup: field-based with some travel, including potential overnight stays and periodic corporate meetings.
