Neuroscience Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions and driving product differentiation.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Maintain competitive advantage by addressing market challenges and aligning with internal teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography.
- Adhere to compliance policies and achieve sales/administrative goals.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Minimum 1 year full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred; new product launch and broad therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโs license with acceptable record.
- Travel: regular (may include air and weekend/overnight).
