Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Miami-South, FL) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Role: Neuroscience Sales Specialist supporting the Miami South territory, responsible for driving sales of Intra-Cellular’s neuropsychiatric products, notably CAPLYTA, within healthcare provider and mental health communities. Objectives: meet/exceed sales targets ethically, develop clinical relationships, and implement strategic territory plans. Responsibilities: call on healthcare professionals and mental health centers (in-person and virtual), utilize budgets effectively, gather market intelligence, collaborate on business strategies, and manage administrative tasks related to sales activities and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum two years in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, with preference for experience in specialty psychotropic drugs, antipsychotics, or bipolar disorder. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, strong patient-centric motivation, and adaptability to virtual/telemedicine environments. Travel, including some overnight and occasional corporate visits, is expected. Preferred skills include bilingual (English/Spanish), data analysis, and familiarity with AI/tech tools. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and adherence to compliance and ethical standards, with an emphasis on neuropsychiatric disease area expertise.
