The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales goals in their assigned territory by building strong customer relationships, providing compliant product education, and ensuring patient access. This role involves promoting Acadia's neuroscience products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in-person and virtually, developing territory business plans, and serving as a trusted resource.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred)
- At least 1 year of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience (neuroscience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Must reside within or near the assigned territory
