The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs and drive sales targets
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with healthcare providers at top target customers)
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned territory
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete administrative duties

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field)
- Minimum 1 year full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred

Skills/Abilities (Preferred/Required)
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred
- New product launch experience preferred; broad therapeutic area experience preferred
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required

Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight travel
Territory: Asheville, Hendersonville, Hickory, Boone (subject to change)
