How You’ll Spend Your Day
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs; drive differentiation and sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budgets.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs at top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned geography.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.

Your Skills And Experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- 1+ year full-time documented B2B sales (pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred).
- Candidate must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Sales Specialist: min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years.

Preferred Skills:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
- HCP engagement in face-to-face and virtual settings; tech proficiency.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- New product launch experience and/or broad therapeutic area experience.
