Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCP and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs; drive product differentiation and sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and support cohesive sales strategies with internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs at top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography.
- Adhere to compliance policies; achieve sales goals, objectives, and administrative duties.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Minimum 1 year full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Proven accomplishments in the specific market.
- Interpersonal skills (active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, feedback).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; new product launch; broad therapeutic area experience.

Travel: Regular travel, including possible overnight/weekend travel.
