Neuroscience Sales Representative (Salt Lake City, UT & Denver, CO territory) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Role: Neuroscience Sales Representative responsible for promoting Johnson & Johnson's CAPLYTA in the Salt Lake City and Denver territories. Objectives include meeting/exceeding sales targets through ethical engagement with healthcare providers, primarily in Primary Care, and supporting product education aligned with clinical evidence. Responsibilities involve developing deep product and disease state knowledge, executing strategic territory plans, managing budgets, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring compliance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biologics, with a focus on neuroscience, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas. Experience with antipsychotics or bipolar disorder sales is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to adapt to virtual/telemedicine environments, and possess a valid driver’s license. Preferred skills include a learning aptitude toward AI/Tech tools. The position involves domestic travel and some outside working hours. The role offers a competitive base salary ($79,000–$128,000) with benefits, aligning with experience levels, and requires compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s ethical standards and industry regulations.
