Neuroscience Sales Representative (Chicago North, IL) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Role: Neuroscience Sales Representative supporting the Chicago North, IL territory, with a focus on promoting Intra-Cellular’s psychiatric products, including CAPLYTA, within neuropsychiatric and neurologic markets. Responsibilities: achieve and exceed sales targets through ethical engagement with healthcare professionals predominantly in primary care, delivering clinical education on product efficacy, safety, and indications; develop local strategic plans; manage budgets; and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years of B2B sales experience (pharmaceutical or medical device preferred), valid driver’s license, and strong patient-centric motivation. Work setup: field-based with some travel including overnight as needed.
