Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Teva Neuroscience (South Pacific Region)
Territory: San Diego to North of LA. Ideal candidate resides in San Diego, Orange County, or LA area.
How You’ll Spend Your Day / Essential Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva Neuroscience sales team
- Coach others on regional business focus areas (settings of care, payer and pull-through opportunities, flawless marketing strategy execution)
- Develop business plans to meet/exceed regional sales goals
- Coach/train teams on settings of care to identify key opportunities
- Coordinate with sales leadership and other teams (market access, sales operations, training)
- Ensure compliance with Teva compliance guidelines and operate with integrity
- Review weekly/monthly data reports; identify trends and address concerns
- Coach execution of the defined call plan for territory representatives
- Provide counseling/oversight to ensure effective execution of brand strategy
- Spend 90+ days in the field supporting local sales representatives
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales and/or pharmaceutical management experience (or equivalent HQ experience)
- Proven record of achieving goals and coaching/developing effective teams
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
- Customer interaction (live/virtual) and technology proficiency
- Reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategy; experience across CMHC, specialty pharmacy, and private practice
- Proven written and verbal communication
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Travel Requirements:
- Extensive travel in assigned region; may include air and weekend/overnight travel
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Starting salary: $151,120–$188,900 annually; eligibility for sales incentive plan
