Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Neuroscience (Pacific Northwest Region)
Responsibilities (Essential Areas):
- Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Teva Neuroscience sales team.
- Develop expertise and coach others on regional business focus areas (settings of care, payer/pull-through opportunities, flawless execution of marketing strategy).
- Develop and execute effective business plans to meet/exceed regional sales goals.
- Coach/train others on settings of care to identify key business opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training.
- Ensure compliance with Teva compliance guidelines and operate with integrity.
- Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify trends and address concerns.
- Coach execution of the defined call plan for territory representatives.
- Provide counseling, encouragement, and oversight to ensure effective execution of brand strategy.
- Spend 90+ days in the field supporting local sales representatives.
- Live in the designated region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience, pharmaceutical management experience, or equivalent headquarters experience.
- Record of achieving goals and coaching/developing effective teams.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to interact with customers (live/virtual) and proficiency with technology.
- Understanding of reimbursement coverage/pull-through strategies; experience across CMHC, specialty pharmacy, and private practice.
- Proven written and verbal communication.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Travel: Extensive travel within assigned region; may include air, weekend, and overnight travel.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Annual starting salary $151,120–$188,900; eligible for sales incentive plan participation; company benefits include health, 401(k) match, paid time off, life/disability.
