Role Summary

Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) – remote field-based role focused on increasing territory sales and relationship development with assigned customers and accounts through product promotion and strategic business management. Requires strong product and disease state knowledge, customer engagement expertise (in-person and virtual), and ability to collaborate across functions to meet Pfizer objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drives sales in assigned territory
  • Engages with customers both face to face and virtually
  • Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness
  • Builds rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments; utilizes digital tools for customer engagement
  • Uses internal reports and analytics to identify and develop strategic business opportunities
  • Educates providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions using disease state information and patient resources, as applicable
  • Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance objectives
  • Completes all administrative tasks on time and compliantly

Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, or equivalent combinations; or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Professional Sales or Promotional Activity; small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience; marketing, customer service, and/or account management
  • Relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); educator; full-time military experience
  • Must live within 25 miles of the territory border
  • Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record; no DUI/DWI in past 7 years
  • Ability to travel to all accounts/offices within territory; overnight travel as necessary
  • Nice-to-Have
  • 1 year of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or related marketing
  • Proven sales/marketing success, territory management, strong communications, teamwork, leadership, and accountability
  • Experience with disease states, therapies, and products; knowledge of territory customers and markets
  • Reside within territory boundaries
