Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and customer relationships using approved digital tools.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly educate providers on unbranded and branded value propositions using approved disease-state information and patient resources.
- Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Complete administrative expectations on time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate’s degree with 6+ years relevant experience; or High school diploma/equivalent with 8+ years relevant experience.
- Experience in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; Small Business Owner/entrepreneurship; Marketing; Customer Service/Account Management; Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT); Educator (e.g., Teacher/Principal); or Full Time Military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation in past 7 years disqualifies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Territory management and communications success; teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Experience with disease states/therapeutic area/products.
- Knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory boundaries.
