Role Summary

Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - PA-NJ District

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a specialty sales team focused on CNS/psychiatry therapies within the PA-NJ district.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
  • Drive sales performance with a strong analytical and business acumen approach.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers and customer facilities.
  • Communicate effectively across interpersonal, verbal, and written channels; mentor and coach staff.
  • Manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational skills; adapt to an innovative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience considered.
  • Required: Driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license and clean driving history.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers and facilities; state/local government requirements.
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team; proven sales and leadership track record.
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.

  • Highly clinical, patient-centric and tactical with strong communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic; self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making.

  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
