Role Summary

Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - PA-NJ District.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialty sales team in the neuroscience/psychiatry space within the PA-NJ district.
• Recruit, retain, and cultivate high-performing team members; coach and mentor sales representatives.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; secure and maintain credentialing as required.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; manage multiple priorities and adapt in an innovative work environment.
• Travel up to 75% to cover district responsibilities and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
• Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management preferred.
• Note: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
• Specialty experience preferred: CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
• Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
• Driver‚Äôs license and clean driving history; ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; ability to build positive relationships.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; must reside near a major airport within the district.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and to adapt to an innovative work environment; experience in small company/start-up environments is a plus.
