Role Summary
Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - PA-NJ District
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of specialty sales representatives in the psychiatry/CNS space within the PA-NJ district.
Recruit, retain, and build high-performing teams; coach and mentor staff to achieve sales and leadership objectives.
Manage field activities, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure strong execution of district sales plans.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
Note: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience will be considered.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
Required: DriverβΓΓ΄s license and clean driving history.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, facilities, and government entities.
Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.

Education
