Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) – PA-NJ District
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
- Preferred: Candidates with fewer than 3 years of leadership experience may be considered for the Associate DSM position.
- Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience will be considered.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
- Required: Driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen.
- Required: Must reside near major airport within the district.
- Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.
- Required: Experience in small company and start-up work environments.
- Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
