Role Summary
Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - PA-NJ District
Responsibilities
Develop and lead a district-level sales strategy for neuroscience/psychiatry products.
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team of specialty sales representatives; coach and mentor staff.
Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and key stakeholders; demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; manage multiple priorities and adapt in an innovative work environment.
Travel up to 75% to cover the district and ensure field presence and execution of plans.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience preferred.
Preferred: CNS/psychiatry/schizophrenia/bipolar/depression specialty experience; other specialty experience considered.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team; documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
Required: Driver’s license and clean driving history.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, facilities, and government entities.
Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; strong analytical and business acumen.
Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations; travel readiness for district responsibilities.
Skills
Excellent people management/supervisory skills; ability to develop and coach specialty sales representatives and lead the team.
Highly clinical, patient-centric and tactical with excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written).

Technical aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
