Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) for the PA-NJ District.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing specialty sales team in the neuroscience/psychiatry space.
Recruit, retain, and coach specialty sales representatives; provide mentorship and performance guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategy, execution, and results in the district.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management experience preferred.
Preferred: CNS/psychiatry/shizophrenia/bipolar/depression specialty experience; other specialty experience considered.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high performing specialty sales teams; documented high performance in sales and leadership.
Required: Driverβs license and clean driving history; ability to travel up to 75%.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; analytical and business acumen.
Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district; adaptability to an innovative work environment; experience in small company/start-up settings.
