Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Gulf Coast District

Role: Senior Sales Manager with a focus on CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression, responsible for leading specialty sales teams. Objectives: drive sales performance, recruit and develop high-performing representatives, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities: manage and coach sales teams, develop territory strategies, ensure credentialing compliance, and maintain industry relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years in pharma sales with 4+ years in management, proven sales and leadership success, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel up to 75%. High-Value: specialty pharma, CNS indications, sales leadership, credentialing, team development, and relationship building. Work Setup: remote/territory-based with extensive travel.
