Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Gulf Coast District

Role: Senior Sales Manager with a focus on CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression. Objectives: lead specialty sales team, develop high-performing representatives, and drive sales growth within targeted therapeutic areas. Responsibilities: recruit, retain, and coach sales personnel; build strong customer relationships; achieve sales targets; understand healthcare provider credentialing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 10+ years in pharma, with 4+ years in sales management; experience in CNS or psychiatry; proven sales performance and leadership capability; valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 75%. Preferred: experience in startup or small-company environments and competency with MS Office.
