Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) for the Gulf Coast District.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives in the CNS/psychiatry space.
Recruit, retain, and build positive relationships with healthcare providers and customer facilities; ensure credentialing requirements are secured and maintained.
Analyze performance and implement strategies to achieve above-average results; manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
Represent the district in local and regional travels; maintain effectiveness in an innovative work environment.
Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Operate a motor vehicle as required for local, regional, and occasional overnight travel.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience; leadership experience preferred for DSM role.
