Responsibilities: oversee sales performance, build strong healthcare provider relationships, ensure compliance with credentialing, and operate effectively in a dynamic, innovative environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), 10+ years in pharma sales with 4+ years in management; specialty experience in CNS/psychiatry preferred. Candidates with less leadership experience may qualify for Associate DSM. Skills: strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, analytical acumen, and business insight; proficiency in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license with clean record; ability to travel up to 75%.
