Role: Senior sales leadership in the pharmaceutical industry focused on CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar, or depression therapies. Primary objectives include recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building strong provider relationships.
Responsibilities: Lead and mentor sales teams, develop strategic account plans, ensure compliance with credentialing and industry standards, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Ability to recruit and retain top talent, demonstrate high sales performance, and adapt to an innovative environment is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred; 10+ years pharma experience with at least 4 years in sales management. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals, leadership, and team development. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Valid driverβs license and ability to travel up to 75%. Experience in small companies/start-ups advantageous.
