Role Summary

Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Cincinnati District

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a specialty sales team focused on CNS/psychiatry products.
  • Recruit, retain, and coach high-performing sales representatives; provide mentorship and leadership.
  • Manage district operations with strong analytical and business acumen; drive goals and results.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders.
  • Navigate credentialing requirements and ensure compliance across state/local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize district performance.
  • Travel up to 75% as required to achieve district objectives.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€šร„รดs Degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred; leadership experience strongly valued.
  • Preferred: CNS/psychiatry/shcology specialty experience; other specialty experience considered.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing specialty sales team.
  • Required: Documented high performance in sales and leadership.
  • Required: Valid driverโ€šร„รดs license and clean driving history.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing with healthcare providers, facilities, and governments.
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; robust analytical and business acumen.
  • Required: Ability to reside near a major airport within the district and to operate effectively in an innovative work environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in small company or startup environments.
