Neuroscience District Sales Manager (Psychiatry) - Cincinnati District
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a district-level sales team focused on neuroscience/psychiatry products.
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing specialty sales representatives; coach and mentor the team.
Manage relationships with healthcare providers and facilities; ensure credentialing requirements are secured and maintained.
Strategize to achieve district goals and drive above-average results; monitor performance metrics and adjust as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize launch and ongoing support for products in the CNS/psychiatry space.
Travel up to 75% as required to cover the Cincinnati district and related accounts.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar or depression; other specialty experience will be considered.
Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high-performing teams; documented high-performance sales and leadership track record.
Required: Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
Required: Ability to secure and maintain industry-standard credentialing for healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
Required: Strong analytical and business acumen; ability to work in an innovative environment.
Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.

Education
