Neuroscience Account Manager (Psychiatry) - Allentown, PA

Role: Neuroscience Account Manager responsible for promoting Vanda's CNS-focused therapies within assigned territories. Objectives include exceeding sales goals by delivering value through product promotion, developing market strategies, and building relationships. Responsibilities encompass executing sales strategies, analyzing local markets, maintaining product and disease knowledge, securing reimbursement, and managing budgets. Qualifications: BS/BA with >3.0 GPA; preferred 3+ years in pharma sales, especially in atypical antipsychotics, orphan drugs, or CNS conditions like bipolar or depression. Experience with reimbursement, existing relationships with mental health providers, and a valid driver’s license are desirable. High-Value: CNS therapeutic area, psychiatry, bipolar, depression, pain management; emphasis on customer engagement, territory development, compliance, and collaboration with healthcare providers. Work setup: field-based with travel, including occasional overnight and out-of-territory travel; work hours may extend outside standard times.
