Role Summary
NeuroPsych Sales Specialist - Tacoma, WA. The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The role requires account-based selling, building and maintaining strong total office relationships, and collaboration across functions to support initiatives. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts at all levels, addressing their needs with appropriate actions
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product and patient education
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and driving product differentiation to achieve sales targets
- Regularly review and analyze all provided sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges while fostering collaboration with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the geographical assignment
- Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve all sales performance goals, meet objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
- At least 1 year of full-time B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred
- Candidate must be able to pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Travel willingness to support regular travel as part of the role

- Proven track record of accomplishments in the market toward meeting objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with HCPs in person and virtually; comfortable with technology
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing (preferred)
- New product launch experience (preferred)
- Broad therapeutic area experience (preferred)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
