Role Summary

NeuroPsych Sales Specialist - Southeast Pennsylvania is a strategic, results-driven role focused on significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The role requires account-based selling, building strong office relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and external contacts at all levels, addressing their needs with appropriate actions
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product and patient education
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive sales targets
  • Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and allocate promotional budget funds
  • Address external market challenges while collaborating with internal teams to execute cohesive sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives
  • Maintain a defined call average with healthcare providers focused on top target customers
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the geographical assignment
  • Adhere to company compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the geographical assignment

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field; B2B sales experience preferred; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred

Skills

  • Proven record of accomplishments in the market toward meeting objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact with HCPs in person and virtually; proficient with technology
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred
  • New product launch experience preferred
  • Broad therapeutic area experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel
  • Physical: Operate a motor vehicle for in-person sales activities; sit for extended periods; extensive computer work
  • Working Environment: May require PPE on site visits as needed
