Neuropsych Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs; drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and support cohesive sales strategies with internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography.
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree (preferably related field).
- 1+ year full-time documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Proven accomplishments in the specific market; interpersonal skills (listening, empathy, open communication).
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge; new product launch experience; broad therapeutic area experience.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverβs license with acceptable record.
- Leveling: Sales Specialist (min 1 year) / Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
Travel / Territory:
- Regular travel (including weekend/overnight as needed).
- Territory: Pittsburgh, Uniontown, Wheeling (WV), and South Pennsylvania border.
Compensation / Benefits:
- Salary range: $88,000β$160,000 annually.
- Sales incentive plan for achievement of defined sales targets.
