Neuropsych Sales Specialist (Territory: Orange, Tustin, Garden Grove, Anaheim, Buena Park, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach)
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with regional team members and key external contacts (HCPs and entire office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and deliver product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs; focus on top targets).
- Address external market challenges and support collaborative internal sales strategies.
- Adhere to compliance policies and achieve sales performance goals/admin requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (preferably related field).
- At least 1 year full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverβs license with acceptable driving record.
- Level: Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
Skills (required/preferred):
- Interpersonal skills (listening, empathy, communication, inclusivity).
- Strong written/oral communication; technology proficiency.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing (preferred); new product launch (preferred).
Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Starting salary $88,000β$160,000; eligible for sales incentive plan.
