Role Summary

NeuroPsych Sales Specialist - Macon, GA. A strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. Requires deep understanding of account-based selling, strong relationship-building across total office staff, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support initiatives. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and business acumen to manage territory resources and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and external contacts at all levels, addressing their needs with appropriate action
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product and patient education
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive sales targets
  • Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and allocate promotional budget funds
  • Address external market challenges while collaborating with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives
  • Maintain a call average with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in geographical assignments
  • Adhere to Teva’s compliance policies and guidelines
  • Achieve sales performance goals and complete all administrative duties for the territory

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of full-time B2B sales experience (pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred)
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare or related fields; knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing; new product launch experience
  • Must pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Travel may be required (regular travel, including air, weekends/overnight)

Skills

  • Proven track record of meeting objectives in the relevant market
  • Strong interpersonal, active listening, empathy, and inclusive communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable with in-person and virtual interactions
  • Technologically proficient; knowledge of reimbursement or marketing preferred
  • Ability to interact with healthcare professionals across diverse settings

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field
