Role: The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within a Kentucky territory through account-based engagement and product promotion in neuroscience and immunology. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with healthcare providers, providing product demonstrations and education, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role requires strategic territory management, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support sales objectives while ensuring compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in pharma; strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with technology; and a valid US driver’s license. Preferred: experience with pharmaceutical sales, product launches, broad therapeutic area knowledge, and familiarity with reimbursement or managed care. The position involves regular travel, including potential overnight stays. Compensation ranges from $88,000 to $160,000 annually, plus sales incentives.
