About The Role
- Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts; represent Neurocrine brand(s) and approved indications.
- Educate external customers (physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc.) on benefits of product(s).

Your Contributions
- Sales & Market Development: drive product acceptance/growth via targeted education and strategic account management; execute territory sales strategies in-person/virtual; identify and address territory opportunities/barriers; manage promotional resources/budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: build/maintain relationships with psychiatrists/neurologists (NPs/PAs), clinical staff (RNs/LPNs/PharmDs), key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, mental health clinics/LTC, payers, and pharmacies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: communicate with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, MSLs, and medical communications.
- Professional Standards: uphold ethical standards, FDA guidelines, and compliance policies.
- Work Expectations: full field presence Monโ€“Fri; flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events; other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Preferred
- BS/BA in science/related field + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience; 3+ years specialty pharma or LTC/Psychology/Neurology sales (highly desired). Close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution (strongly preferred). Psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience (strongly preferred).
- OR Masterโ€™s in science/related field + 2+ years similar experience.
- Skills: sales/account management; strong healthcare regulatory understanding; track record meeting/exceeding objectives; business systems and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce/Veeva/Oracle/SAP).
- Additional: strong computer/project management; excellent verbal/written communication; analytical thinking; ethical, results-oriented.
- Must reside in assigned territory; valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $123,100โ€“$168,000; eligible for quarterly incentive and equity long-term incentive.
