NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Tacoma WA

Role: Field-based sales representative responsible for promoting Neurocrine Biosciences' neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, and immunological products within a specific geographic territory. Primary objectives involve driving product acceptance, expanding market share, and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, advocacy groups, and payers. Responsibilities include executing tailored sales strategies via in-person and virtual engagements, educating key stakeholders on product benefits, managing promotional resources within budget, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, medical affairs, and managed care. Requirements: BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years in pharma/biotech sales, ideally with 3+ years in psychiatry, neurology, or specialty pharma. Experience with specialty distribution and familiarity with healthcare systems and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred. Proven ability to meet sales targets, develop relationships, and operate ethically is essential.
