About The Role
- Responsible for a specific geographic territory; promote and grow Neurocrine products.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts; represent Neurocrine brands and approved indications.
- Educate external customers (physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc.) on product benefits.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Sales/Market Development: drive product acceptance and growth via education and strategic account management; execute territory sales strategies (in-person/virtual) to meet/exceed objectives; identify and address territory opportunities/barriers; manage promotional resources and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: build/maintain relationships with healthcare providers (Psychiatrists, Neurologists, NPs, PAs), clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community mental health clinics/long-term care, and local/regional payers/pharmacies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications.
- Professional standards: uphold ethical standards (FDA guidelines, industry best practices).
- Work expectations: full field presence MonโFri; flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends; other duties as assigned.
Requirements (required/preferred)
- BS/BA in science or related + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech (3+ years specialty pharma or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales preferred); close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred; psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred.
- OR Masterโs degree + 2+ years related experience.
- Proficiencies: sales/BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva), business systems, project management; strong analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and ability to navigate complex accounts.
- Must reside in assigned territory; valid driverโs license and clean driving record.

- Annual base salary: $123,100โ$168,000; quarterly incentive; equity long-term incentive; retirement match; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision coverage.
