About the Role / Responsibilities
- Own a specific geographic territory and drive promotion and growth of Neurocrine products.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts; represent Neurocrine brand(s) and approved indications.
- Educate external customers (physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc.) on product benefits.
- Drive product acceptance and growth via targeted education and strategic account management (in-person and virtual).
- Execute territory sales strategies to meet/exceed objectives; identify and address territory opportunities/barriers.
- Manage promotional resources and budget.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community mental health clinics/LTC, local/regional payers and pharmacies.
- Collaborate with internal partners (managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, medical communications).
- Uphold ethical standards, FDA guidelines, and compliance policies.
- Maintain full field presence Monday–Friday (flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events).

Requirements
- BS/BA in science or related field + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech (3+ years specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales highly desired). Close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred. Psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred.
OR Master’s degree + 2+ years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments; proven sales/launch success.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms/business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva).
- Excellent verbal/written communication; strong sales/account management; ability to navigate complex accounts.
- Reside within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $123,100–$168,000.
- Eligible for quarterly incentive compensation and equity long-term incentive.
