Role: Field-based pharmaceutical sales representative focusing on promoting Neurocrine Biosciences' neurological and psychiatric therapies in the Tacoma and Seattle regions. Primary objectives include driving product acceptance and growth through targeted education, strategic account management, and relationship development with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, and payers. Responsibilities encompass executing sales strategies, managing promotional resources, maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards, and establishing strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, medical science, and patient access. Requirements include a BS/BA in science or related field with at least 4 years of pharma/biotech sales experience, preferably in neurology, psychiatry, or specialty pharmacy. A master’s degree and additional experience are desirable. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations, proven sales success, proficiency with CRM and business intelligence tools, and excellent communication skills. High-value specifics entail experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, complex care sites, and payer requirements, with a strong ethical and results-oriented approach. The role requires residence within the territory, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel as needed.
