About The Role
Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products. Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in assigned territory and represents Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications. Educates external customers (physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, etc.) on product benefits.

Your Contributions
- Sales and Market Development: Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management; executes territory sales strategies in-person and virtually; identifies and addresses territory opportunities/barriers; manages promotional resources and budget.
- Customer Relationship Management: Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare providers (Psychiatrists, Neurologists, NPs, PAs), clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community mental health clinics/long-term care facilities, and local/regional payers and pharmacies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicates with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
- Professional Standards: Upholds highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines and industry best practices; demonstrates integrity and compliance.
- Work Expectations: Maintains full field presence Monday–Friday; occasional evening/weekend events; other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- BS/BA in science or related field + 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech (3+ years specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales highly desired); close-door/specialty pharmacy distribution strongly preferred; psychiatry/neurology/antipsychotic experience strongly preferred; business systems/salesforce automation and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva).
OR
- Master’s in science or related field + 2+ years similar experience.
- Skills/Abilities: Strong healthcare regulatory understanding; track record meeting/exceeding sales objectives; leadership/teamwork; strong computer and project management; analytical problem-solving; excellent written/verbal communication; navigates complex accounts; understands specialty fulfillment and payer requirements.
- Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, ethical, adaptable, can manage multiple deadlines, thrives in fast-paced environments, entrepreneurial.
- Job-Specific: Reside within assigned territory; valid driver’s license and clean driving record (frequent driving).

Compensation
- Annual base salary expected range: $123,100–$168,000; eligible for quarterly incentive compensation and equity long-term incentive.
