Role: Field-based Oncology Sales Representative responsible for promoting Neurocrine Biosciences' neurological and psychiatric treatments within a designated geographic area. Primary objectives include driving product adoption, expanding market presence, and fostering long-term customer relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and payers. Responsibilities encompass executing strategic sales plans through in-person and virtual engagement, educating stakeholders on product benefits, and managing promotional resources effectively. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical science, and managed care teams, while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines. Requirements include a BS/BA in science or related field, with at least 4 years of pharma/biotech sales experience, preferably within neurology, psychiatry, or specialty pharmacy, and proficiency with salesforce and business intelligence tools. Advanced degrees may reduce experience requirements. Preferred experience includes specialty or long-term care pharmacy distribution, and knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare.
