Role Summary
Role: Neuropsych Account Manager, South Florida โ Neuropsychiatry. This field-based role focuses on Womenโs Mental Health and Post-Partum Depression (PPD), building and maintaining relationships with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, primary care and other allied health professionals to support PPD screening and treatment initiatives. You will develop and execute territory sales plans for South Florida and influence PPD care pathways within affiliated health systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Location: South Florida; must reside in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate complex clinical data, protocols, screening and treatment pathways, market access policies, and patient support services information to HCPs and key non-clinical stakeholders.
- Identify educational needs of stakeholders and support them using the HCP engagement approach.
- Align Biogen product offerings to meet evolving needs of HCPs in a compliant and productive manner.
- Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory (South Florida).
- Drive postpartum depression (PPD) screening initiatives, increase PPD screening, and influence PPD treatment pathways within affiliated health groups and systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, primary care providers, and other allied health professionals and support staff.
Qualifications
- Required: 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales.
- Preferred: Strong Womenโs Health and launch experience.
- Preferred: History of success in an Account Management/Group Practice/GPO role.
- Preferred: Experience with Specialty Pharmacy.
- Preferred: Proven track record of success (e.g., consistent Top 30% ranking over 2+ years, achievement awards).
- Required: Proven ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market.
- Tenacious and motivated outside-the-box thinker who excels in a collaborative team setting.
- Customer- and patient-focused, able to identify challenges and achieve results with minimal guidance.
- Support, adopt, and promote a culture of compliance to ensure all activities are fully compliant with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Education
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred
