Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager - West District
Education
Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives in the neurology/CNS space.
Manage local, regional, and occasional overnight travel as required; maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and facilities; secure and maintain credentialing as needed.
Operate effectively in an innovative work environment; navigate small company/start-up dynamics.
Travel up to 75% to cover the district and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
Specialty experience preferred: CNS, neurology, pain management; experience selling in the MS market desirable.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives.
Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
Must possess and maintain a valid driverβΓΓ΄s license and an acceptable driving record.
Skills
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
Strong analytical and business acumen; highly clinical and patient-centric approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education
Additional degree or advanced certifications are a plus.
Additional Requirements
Must reside near a major airport within the district.
Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.
