Role Summary

Neurology District Sales Manager - West District

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of specialty sales representatives in the neurology/CNS space, driving sales performance and market share.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent; provide coaching and mentorship to achieve goals.
  • Manage regional operations, including planning, forecasting, and implementing district strategies.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; ensure credentialing requirements are met.
  • Travel up to 75% as required to cover local and regional accounts and activities.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceuticals industry with 4 years of Sales Management preferred.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop a high-performing specialty sales team.
  • Required: Documented high performance in sales and leadership roles.
  • Required: Valid driverβ€šΓ„Γ΄s license with acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle for local/ regional/ occasional overnight travel.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing for healthcare providers, facilities, and government requirements.
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to build and sustain relationships.
  • Required: Strong analytical and business acumen; highly clinical and patient-centric approach.
  • Required: Must reside near a major airport within the district.
  • Preferred: Experience in small company and start-up work environments.
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 75%.
