Neurology District Sales Manager - West District

Qualifications

• Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferred: 4 years of sales management experience.
• Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
• Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
• Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record.
• Required: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments.
• Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships.
• Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Required: Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Required: Residency near major airport within the district.
• Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment.
• Preferred: Experience in small company and start-up work environments.
