Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager βΓΓ¬ West District.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a specialty sales team, focusing on CNS/neurology and related therapeutic areas.
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing district-level sales representatives; drive sales performance and leadership development.
Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; ensure effective credentialing and compliance across state/local governments.
Travel locally, regionally, and up to 75% as required; reside near a major airport within the district.
Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen; utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effect sales outcomes.
Operate in an innovative work environment with flexibility and adaptability; leverage clinical knowledge to support patients and customers.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience preferred.
Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
Required: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing specialty sales teams; documented high performance in sales and leadership roles.
Required: Valid driverβΓΓ΄s license with acceptable driving record; ability to travel as needed.
Required: Ability to meet credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities; strong relationship-building skills.
Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; analytical and business acumen.
Required: Reside near major airport within the district; capable of working independently in an innovative environment; experience in small company/start-up settings.
Required: Travel up to 75%.
