Role Summary
Neurology District Sales Manager β West District. Lead and develop a high-performing specialty sales team focused on CNS/neurology products, manage field execution, and ensure alignment with district goals.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives.
- Lead by example with strong clinical, patient-centric, and tactical sales approaches.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen to drive district results.
- Travel up to 75% as required to manage local and regional operations.
- Operate effectively in an innovative work environment and adapt to startup-like conditions.
- Maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers and facilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of sales management preferred.
- Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management, or MS market.
- Required: Proven track record of high sales performance and leadership.
- Required: Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record; able to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally overnight.
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing for healthcare providers and facilities.
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Required: Strong analytical and business acumen; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Required: Reside near a major airport within the district.
