Role Summary

Neurology District Sales Manager - Southeast District

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a specialty sales team focusing on neurology and related CNS areas.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales representatives; provide coaching and mentorship.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and stakeholders; maintain industry-standard credentialing requirements.
  • Operate with strong analytical and business acumen; execute strategic plans to achieve district goals.
  • Travel locally, regionally, and up to 75% as required; reside near a major airport within the district.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree a plus.
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 4 years of Sales Management experience.
  • Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable.
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing for healthcare providers and facilities; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel as needed.
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; ability to build relationships and read situations quickly.
  • Required: Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and leadership; ability to lead and develop a specialty sales team.
  • Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: Experience in small company and start-up environments.
