Role Summary
Lead a Neurology District Sales team in the Southeast District, driving specialty sales in CNS/neurology and managing a field organization to meet district goals. The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, building relationships with healthcare providers, credentialing, and travel readiness in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Advanced degree
- Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
- Preferred: 4 years of Sales Management experience
- Preferred: Specialty experience (CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market desirable)
- Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives
- Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record
- Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments
- Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
- Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen
- Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment
- Required: Experience in small company and start-up work environments
- Required: Travel up to 75%
- Required: Must reside near major airport within the district
