Lead a Neurology District Sales team in the Southeast District, driving specialty sales in CNS/neurology and managing a field organization to meet district goals. Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Advanced degree
  • Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Preferred: 4 years of Sales Management experience
  • Preferred: Specialty experience (CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market desirable)
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop high performing team of specialty sales representatives
  • Required: Documented high performance of sales and leadership track record
  • Required: Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements of healthcare providers, customer facilities, and state/local governments
  • Required: Ability to build and sustain positive relationships
  • Required: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
  • Required: Demonstrate strong analytical and business acumen
  • Required: Ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility in an innovative work environment
  • Required: Experience in small company and start-up work environments
  • Required: Travel up to 75%
  • Required: Must reside near major airport within the district
